Cancellation and Refund Policy

Advance Immigration Consultancy ("we," "our," or "us") understands that plans can change, and
sometimes you may
need to cancel or seek a refund for our immigration consultancy services. We are committed to
providing clear
and fair cancellation and refund policies to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our valued
clients.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Request: Submit your request in writing via email to recruitment@advanceimmigrations.com or
through our
official communication channels.
- Cancellation Fees: Fees may apply based on the stage of your process and
services rendered,
as per your initial agreement.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to your service agreement terms. Please
review your
agreement for specific details.
Refund Policy
- Refund Request: Submit your refund request via email with your full name,
contact details,
reason, and relevant documentation.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 90 to 120 working
days after
receipt of the Refund Application Form and original payment receipt.
- Withdrawal by Client: No refund will be granted if the client voluntarily
withdraws or
abandons the process after signing up.
- Refund Amount: Determined by the service agreement. Only unused services or
unmet
deliverables may be refundable.
- Rejection by Authorities: No refunds will be issued in case of rejection by the
Immigration
Authority, Consulate, or High Commission.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Government fees or third-party charges are strictly
non-refundable.
- Change of Circumstances: If you become ineligible during the process, refund
eligibility
will be evaluated case-by-case.
- Refund Denial: Refunds may be denied due to breach of contract,
misrepresentation, or lack
of cooperation.
